Keris Monument

Selangor Keris Monument

A silver coloured Keris monument stands tall along Federal Highway towards Port Klang, welcoming those just entering Klang town.

The monument was erected to commemorate the silver jubilee of the Sultan of Selangors installation during the Jubli Perak celebration in 1985.

Located just around the corner of the Klang municiple council, this specially designed memorial depicts the Keris Semenanjung which symbolises power, unity and strength, and as a symbol of power of the Malay royal embassy.
